Sun Kissed Lemon Salt Salmon

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)
2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
1–1½ tsp Soirée Foods Lemon Salt
½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp olive oil
2–3 lemon slices (for garnish)
Fresh parsley or dill (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the salmon:
Rub each fillet lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle generously with Soirée Foods Lemon Salt and black pepper.
Bake:
Place the fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
