Sun Kissed Lemon Salt Salmon

Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 1–1½ tsp Soirée Foods Lemon Salt

  • ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2–3 lemon slices (for garnish)

  • Fresh parsley or dill (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Season the salmon:

    • Rub each fillet lightly with olive oil.
