Our founder, combined her background in food sourcing and her passion for travel to create a brand that celebrates flavor in its most joyful form. She has spent years traveling the world—exploring bustling spice markets, quiet village kitchens, and sun-filled coastal towns where meals were made with simple ingredients and lots of heart. With each trip, she collected not just recipes, but memories: the scent of fresh herbs in Greece, the smoky heat of a South American street grill, the citrusy tang of a Caribbean seafood stew. These experiences didn’t just shape her palate—they inspired a vision.
That vision came to life in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, where island culture, culinary diversity, and a spirit of hospitality collide.
