Summer Time Kettle Corn

The perfect sweet-salty balance. Whether you’re lounging by the sea or hosting backyard soirées, it’s your sunny-day snack in every bite.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup popcorn kernels

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil (or coconut oil)

  • ¼ cup Soirée Foods Sweet & Spicy Sriracha Sugar

  • Pinch of Soirée Foods Sriracha salt (optional, for extra contrast)

Instructions:

  1. In a large, heavy pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add a few kernels and cover.

  2. When those kernels pop, add the remaining popcorn and sprinkle the Sweet & Spicy Sriracha Sugar evenly over the top.

  3. Cover and shake the pot gently every few seconds to keep the sugar from burning and help coat the popcorn as it pops.

  4. When popping slows to a few seconds between pops, remove from heat.

  5. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle lightly with Soirée Foods Sriracha salt if desired, and toss to combine.

  6. Cool slightly before serving — the caramel crunch will get even better as it sets!
