Salted Brownies

Rich, fudgy, and topped with a sprinkle of Soirée Foods gourmet salt for the perfect sweet–salty finish.
Ingredients:
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
⅔ cup brown sugar
⅔ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
½ tsp Soirée Foods sea salt (Lemon Salt, Sriracha Salt, or Rosemary Salt — for a twist)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender or food processor, blend black beans until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine the blended beans, coconut oil, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set in the center.
Cool slightly, then sprinkle lightly with Soirée Foods salt before serving.
