Salted Brownies

Vegan never tasted so indulgent. Rich, fudgy, and irresistibly chewy—these vegan brownies are proof that indulgence doesn’t need compromise

Rich, fudgy, and topped with a sprinkle of Soirée Foods gourmet salt for the perfect sweet–salty finish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted

  • ⅔ cup brown sugar

  • ⅔ cup cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup chocolate chips

  • ½ tsp  Soirée Foods sea salt (Lemon Salt, Sriracha Salt, or Rosemary Salt — for a twist)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a blender or food processor, blend black beans until smooth.

  3. In a large bowl, combine the blended beans, coconut oil, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla, and eggs. Mix until well combined.

  4. Fold in chocolate chips.

  5. Pour batter into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan and spread evenly.

  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until set in the center.

  7. Cool slightly, then sprinkle lightly with Soirée Foods salt before serving.
